Partners not Customers

Documation’s team is made up of an unusual bunch of individuals.  Unusual, not because of what they look like, or their interests, but because everyone that joins our Documation team has a sense of belonging and very quickly embraces the Documation family values!  We have people in the team that joined as graduates over 21 years ago and are still part of our team now, people that have worked in nearly every role in the company and are still here 25 years later and, of course, many dynamic new starters too.  All the team is overseen by our CEO and founder, John Wallace, whose key passion is for driving innovation and team ethos.  The loyalty, sense of belonging, longevity, understanding, and listening skills we cherish in all our team, we mirror in our relationships with our ‘Partners’.

Who are our partners?

And when we say partners, we are actually referring to our customers.  Because that’s how we see all our customers, as partners. We are together, through the good times and the more tricky ones too, helping to achieve project goals together, and once achieved, maintaining the partnership through training and the ongoing support program.   We recently had some great feedback from one of our partners that reflects this ….
