The Challenge

Agrovista wanted to replace the existing manual data capture with an automated process to save time and ensure that the correct invoice information was entered to the their IFS finance system. Their existing process required a paper copy to be printed and stored, taking up space and resources. The team were struggling with visibility of the invoice status and this impacted the time it was taking to resolve queries
