For many organisations robotic process automation (RPA) may be both an opportunity and a threat. On one side AP process automation creates efficiencies by automating the time consuming, repetitive tasks, but does it also raise a potential threat? 95% of employees are scared that automation in the workplace will mean their jobs are on the line.
