As well as viewing the image itself, it is also possible to view a full audit trail that provides full details of who has entered data, retrieved or actioned each invoice. It is also possible to view the workflow history that shows exactly where each invoice is in the process and includes full details of any workflow already undertaken. This is ideal to determine the current status of an invoice easily and quickly.
