Invoice Processing: Integration

IMS integrates seamlessly with finance applications including Oracle Financials, SAP, Coda, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Sun Accounts, Geac and many more.

The integration not only electronically exchanges data between the systems, it also automatically updates processes and allows you to search and retrieve invoice images from within your financial application, leveraging the investment already made.

Integration is carried out using standard, non-invasive techniques that are specialist to your finance application. Standard methods are used for database access, data transfers and interoperability.

Integration points allow the following functionality to be used:

• Data captured using IMS can be automatically transferred into the financial application, removing the need for manual data entry
• IMS can obtain data from the financial application to validate fields like purchase order numbers and to look up suppliers, etc
• The current status of each invoice is retrievable from IMS, the financial system will notify IMS as each invoice is paid to ensure this status is always up to date
• Direct retrieval from within your financial application allowing the invoice image to be viewed alongside the view of the finance screen and without having to load the IMS solution
