Capture your documents in a variety of formats; paper, fax, email, XML, EDI, COLD and electronic documents - the system will automatically capture the data you require too.

Capture & Validate Data

Following document capture, Enable is capable of supporting manual and automated data capture. Collected data can be used to automatically update your line of business applications; thereby minimising the need for laborious data entry and improving the quality of information available to your workforce. The results are an improvement in productivity and a dramatic increase in the speed of your operation.
  • Automated Data Capture with Optical Character Recognition (OCR):OCR greatly reduces the amount of manual data entry required to extract important business data from document. It utilises multiple recognition technologies to automatically extract the data that you need from documents. Once extracted, data is validated against existing data contained in your ERP, enterprise content management, or other information repositories to ensure accuracy and reduce downstream processing errors. Custom business rules are defined using client-side scripts to direct the routing of documents, perform database lookups, and validate data at the field level.

Integration
Enable is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing line of business systems including Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and CRM applications.

  • Seamless data transfer: Information extracted from documents can be automatically interfaced to your line of business applications to increase the speed of your business processes and improve the accuracy of information.

Create documents
The Enable eForms module is a very powerful web-based facility that allows users to create form based documents and is used in applications including expense claims, purchase requisitions, holiday requests, customer response forms and many other applications.

Information is entered by the user via easy to use forms and validated by Enable. Enable creates a viewable document which is then forwarded for further workflow processing (such as authorisation). Finally, the information can be passed into line of business systems and the document and audit trail is archived in Enable for future retrieval.

Enable ensures secure archiving of all your documents. Storage is tailored according to your business rules and requirements. Bespoke storage lifecycles give the fastest possible response times and ensures the most efficient use of storage space.
