• Constellation Europe
  Constellation Europe worked with Documation to automate their accounts payable department. Documation’s Invoice Management Solution (IMS) integrated tightly with their ERP system JD Edwards, resulting in 70% of their invoices now matching PO’s and being paid without any interference from staff.



• Alfred McAlpine
  Documation worked with Alfred McAlpine at the same time as installing Oracle E-Business Suite. The automation of their invoice processing resulted in a greater level of control, the elimination of manual data entry and retrieval of paper documents, and allowed Alfred McAlpine to cope with the growth of their business without the need to employ more staff.

• Mobile Doctors
  Mobile Doctors introduced a document management and workflow solution from Documation to handle the vast amount of correspondence they receive and produce. Scanning in excess of 10,000 per day and storing 5 million plus documents on the Enable platform has led to an increased level in efficiency and control.
