Project Management from Documation

A planned controlled approach to implementation is key to ensuring customer satisfaction. This is achieved by a combination of an experienced project manager and a proven implementation process.

A Project Manager is appointed with full responsibility for the delivery of the system within the agreed timescales and to the agreed standard.

Documation use a proven, structured, fully documented implementation process based on PRINCE 2 methodology.

The key stages of this process are as follows:

  • Design and specification - to ensure that both parties are clear on the exact functional aspects of your business requirements. For many solution Documation can provide standard ‘best practice’ designs which can tailored where necessary to match the individual needs of your organisation

  • System build - to configure and customise the system

  • Testing - to carry out full testing in accordance with the defined acceptance criteria

  • Installation - to deliver the solution on the customer's site

  • Training - to train all the users in the solution, whether they are a basic workflow user or a system administrator

  • Project Management – The Documation Project Manager will be your principle contact throughout the project and will provide regular updates on progress and planning
