Deployment Options from Documation

All Documation solutions are designed to be flexible, easy to use and cost effective. This approach is extended into the way that we are able to deliver our solutions to your organisation. We offer a range of deployment and licensing options, supporting your requirements and maximising the return on investment from your Documation system.

Traditional
The most popular and standard version of deployment involves your organisation purchasing the entire package up front. With this approach, your organisation is also responsible for managing and operating the Documation system and all associated infrastructure. You also have the option of our different Support Packages

Hosted
With the Hosted approach, Documation manage and operate your organisations system and all associated infrastructure. Your organisation is responsible for licensing the Documation software product and solutions on an ongoing basis.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
Software as a Service (SaaS) is the most flexible of our deployment options. Your organisation accesses Documation products and solutions on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly or annually). We manage and operate the system and all associated infrastructure for you. This option enables your organisation to keep the focus on your business and your customers, rather than on your document management software and support.
